Bill O'Brien is perfectly placed to write this book. For a significant part of his long police career he was a fingerprint expert. In that role he attended countless crime scenes including numerous high profile murders. He was also a member of the Forensic Science Society of New Zealand. He is the author of over 20 books, and his first book, Aramoana - 22 Hours of Terror, was made into the film Out of the Blue.
