Janice Marriott lives and works in Wellington, and is an award-winning children's writer. She was born in the UK, but grew up on the East Coast in New Zealand. Janice has worked for radio in California and London and for TV here in New Zealand. She has also worked as a teacher. Her interests include audio recording, gardening and Antarctic history.
