Author description

Elizabeth Holland has compiled two other titles in the Super Shorts series for Kingfisher: Cool Christmas Stories and Marvellous Magical Stories. Kate Pankhurst won the 2002 Macmillan Prize for Illustration. She lives in Liverpool where she completed an MA in Children's Illustration. She has illustrated several books, including Who's a Cheeky Baby? by Ian Whybrow and Captain Pike Looks after the Baby by Marjorie Newman.
