Sex Life: How Our Sexual Encounters and Experiences Define Who We Are

Author(s): Pamela Stephenson-Connolly

Health

How do our early sexual experiences impact on our adult sex lives? Are you having more virtual sex than real sex? How many of us stop to consider our sex life as something that naturally evolves – much like our minds, bodies and personalities. Bestselling author and leading sex therapist, Pamela Stephenson Connolly, takes us on a remarkable journey in arguably the most comprehensive book ever published. Drawing from cutting-edge research and the latest findings she shows us how this journey starts before we’re even born with babies in the womb now being photographed with tiny erections. It continues through our early childhood experiences, puberty and adolescence, early adulthood, parenthood, right up to our eighties and beyond. Each stage, each experience impacts on us, and Pamela will offer psychological insight, advice and guidance to steer us through difficult stages. There will be plenty of reassurance, entertainment and some shocking revelations along the way.
