Author description

Author of the masterpieces Pride and Prejudice and Emma, Jane Austen (1775-1817) is one of the best-loved novelists of all time. Zoe Heller became a columnist for 'The Independent on Sunday' in 1994 and has since written for 'The Sunday Times', 'The New Yorker', 'Vanity Fair' and the 'London Review of Books'.
