Author(s): Wilbur Sargunaraj

Cultural Studies

Exploring Cultural Intelligence is a book about building meaningful relationships using Cultural Intelligence. It introduces people to cultural values, unconscious bias, and how to work towards genuine reconciliation so they can be more effective in their interactions with people from different cultures. The book uses Wilbur’s heartwarming stories of forming relationships from his journeys across the cultural clusters. This book comes highly recommended by the Nanyang Technological University in Singapore and other educators who have had the chance to read advance copies. This is a fabulous resource for both the common person and students across educational institutions, which includes a dedicated chapter on reconciliation and a recommendation by the Office of the Treaty Commissioner in Saskatchewan, Canada and by Cultural Expert Dr. Pouroto Ngaropo of Iramoko Marae, Aotearoa, New Zealand. The book will be released in mid 2024 with a book tour in various cities – San Francisco, Toronto, New Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and a world premiere at the CQ  Centre in Singapore.
