Simon Gault Cooks: Fabulous Food At Home

Author(s): Simon Gault & Noelle Knottenbelt (illus Stephen Robinson)

Cooking/Wine

Simon Gault adores great food. He also adores flying, and these two passions are not generally compatible. In order to retain his pilot's licence, Simon took on a personal nutritionist, Noelle Knottenbelt, to work with him to improve his weight and blood pressure. The two of them found a common bond in wishing to create delicious yet healthy food - and this book was born. It contains more than 50 recipes in Simon's signature style, containing the best of fresh ingredients, with comments on the nutritional value of each dish from Noelle.
