Author Biography

Michael Cooper is New Zealand's most acclaimed wine writer with 38 books and hundreds of magazine articles to his credit. His prestigious Wine Atlas of New Zealand, the first edition published in 2002 to critical acclaim, won the Montana Medal for Non-fiction in the 2003 Montana New Zealand Book Awards. The second edition of the Wine Atlas of New Zealand was published in October 2008 and 100 must-try New Zealand Wines in August 2011.
