Description

Fact 1) A new brewery opens in the UK every two days.

Fact 2) The UK homebrew market is growing 30% year on year.

Fact 3) If you can make soup, you can make beautiful, tasty & delicious fresh craft beer in your own home.

Beer books have traditionally been dull, dry, text heavy affairs that require their readers to buy expensive and bulky equipment to pursue their hobby. BEER CRAFT turns that approach on its head, translating the necessary science into layman's terms, stripping out the unnecessary complexities, and making brewing beer fun and approachable, and just a little bit rock and roll. It gives the average Joe enough confidence to grab a stock pot from the kitchen cupboard and make some delicious craft beer in his own kitchen.

Not only will it book will appeal to anyone who fancies having a go at making beer, but it also offers beer cocktails and food recipes as well as brewery highlights, so will be a must-have buy for absolutely anyone who likes beer, not just the geeks.
