Living Homes

Author(s): Suzi Moore McGregor

Architecture/Interiors

"Living Homes" first published in 2001, is now in paperback with a completely updated resources section and a thorough bibliography to help readers learn more. Expertly written, the book includes hundreds of inviting photographs taking you inside 22 beautiful homes made with energy efficient materials such as adobe, rammed earth, straw bale, or recycled and high-tech materials. Once met with reluctance, these homes - including that of Patagonia founder Yvon Chouinard - are today accepted as reliable, fashionable homes.
