Mexico's 'El Dia de Muertos' is colourful, mystical,contradictory, macabre and lively celebrationof the dead, held each year from 31 October - 2November. The emblems of the celebration are thevibrant sugar skulls, made as votive offerings toancestors. The imagery is beloved of fashionistasthroughout the world.
